August 2007
MINISTERS’ CORNER
It is summer! It is not too hot, just right. I love summer when I can get
outside and enjoy the entire goings on around me. Everyone is out doing something. I am out watching others do
their thing. God is so good to us. He gives us a change of season. Winter to
stay indoors and enjoy our homes. Summer to go outside and enjoy the activity
around us. I am like everyone else. I want to go somewhere and enjoy something
new to me. This month I have been enjoying my own place. Inside, I have my
apartment filled with everything I need. Outdoors I have the sunshine, the
rain, the grass so green, the trees all leafed out and the flowers blooming. I
find day by day at least one new thing to enjoy. Thank you, God for all the
beauty you have given me each day to enjoy. Thank you, thank you-enjoy the
summer. Love, Rev. Marie

Here it is August already! Lots of neat things happened in July, weddings, Baptisms and spiritual counseling. We have been busy at the Center. A special thank you for the bag of quarters that went to help fund the newsletter, and for those people who have committed to a monthly love offering. Please share with others and us about the prosperity you receive during the testimony portion of our service. Those of you who have wisdom to share, please submit it to the newsletter so others can benefit also. Have you seen our ad in the free Coffee news about town? Thank you for the advertisement. If you have healing prayer requests, please let us know. We will be joining in with the World Day of Prayer on Thursday, Sept 13. Last month, we gave away 100 flats of tomatoes and 9 boxes of bread. Remember, you cannot out-give God. This month we will be having our annual yard sale extravaganza at 625 5th St. NE in Puyallup. Please call for dates – weather permitting. Words of Wisdom: I am now living my life in sacred partnership with God. I know that the beat of my heart aligns with the rhythm of my life and all will be well. I thank God for the blessings that are awaiting me in my new experience. When I feel that the peace of God is at the core of my being, I am receiving the gift of serenity. I am uplifted when my thoughts are on the grace of God and the gifts He has given me. I see today I am and you are all spiritual beings created by God and worthy of the gifts He has given us.
Love in service, Rev. Ken
Hello everyone! This
has been a very busy time in the lives of the Leppell’s. We went to a family
wedding in Forks, WA. It was very beautiful. The creative talents of people are
a delight to behold. But it isn’t surprising when we recognize from Whom we
came from. The Father gives us life and shares with us His Spirit. We just have
to locate our special gifts. The Father gives the gifts and we need to show Him
our gratitude by using them. Enjoy your journey. Find out that you are special
in God’s eyes, know that he doesn’t make the junk in our lives – we do. His way
gives us the solution. I wish to extend
my gratitude to Brandi Aron and everyone else who helped while we were gone.
Our sympathy and heartfelt condolences to Corey Linnett, who lost his four year
old daughter, Kahla Rose Linnett, to leukemia on July 14. She is captivating
all of God’s Heaven with her smile. Congratulations to Allison and Fred
Woodruff! They were married in Montana, on July 24, 2007. Welcome to our
family, Fred. God bless your marriage with love and prosperity in all aspects
of your lives together. Love, Rev. Kay

8:38 & 39 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor
principalities, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any
other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in
Christ Jesus , our Lord.
I find the good and true by keeping close to
God in all my ways.

God Make Me Worthy of My Friends
It is my joy to find
At every turning of the road
The strong arm of a comrade kind
To help me onward with my load,
And since I have no gold to give
‘Tis love alone must make amends,
My only prayer is while I live –
God make me worthy of my friends.

I Sought My Soul
I sought my soul,
But my soul I could not see.
I sought my God,
But my God eluded me.
I sought my brother
And found all three.
